The IEEE INEC2014 Conference committee sincerely invites submittal of papers to the 6th IEEE International Conference on Nanoelectronics (IEEE-INEC) (http://inec-2014org), which will be held on July 28 – 31, 2014, at Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan.
IEEE-INEC is the flagship IEEE annual conference in nanoelectronics, the deadline for abstracts is March 31.
The theme of the conference is SUSTAINABLE NANOELECTRONICS, aiming in nanoelectronics for the future. This conference also aims to identify the paths between fundamental research and potential electronics, photonics and nano-science applications.
The program includes keynote, invited and contributed talks and poster session, spreading out in 11 parallel symposia, as follows:
