* Best Paper Competitions: A full paper (4 to 6 pages) is required by November 15, 2019
- Notification of Acceptance: December 15, 2019
- Full-Paper Submission Deadline: January 31, 2019 (Required to publish in Xplore)
- Early Bird Registration: February 15, 2020
