The 9th IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Nanoscale Architectures (NANOARCH 2013), will be held this year in New York, July 15-17.
NANOARCH is the annual cross-disciplinary forum for the discussion of novel post-CMOS and advanced nanoscale CMOS technology, circuits, architectures and systems. The symposium seeks papers on innovative ideas for solutions to the principal challenges facing integrated electronics in the 21st century – how to design, model, fabricate, and integrate nanosystems to overcome the fundamental limitations of CMOS. Accepted publications will be included in the Symposium Proceedings and published on IEEExplore.
In this 9th edition, in addition to regular papers (of up to 6 pages in length) and special sessions, we are:
1. Inviting 2-page concept papers that highlight recent and less-developed research on emerging/hot topics related to nanofabrication, nanocomputing, and emerging applications of nanosystems
2. Soliciting contributions on security concerns/solutions related to nanoscale architectures
IMPORTANT DATES
