3M-NANO Call for Papers

3M-NANO is the annual International Conference on Manipulation, Manufacturing and Measurement on the Nanoscale; IEEE 3M-NANO 2019 will be held in August in Zhenjiang, China. The ultimate ambition of this conference series is to bridge the gap between nanosciences and engineering sciences, aiming at technology opportunities and new markets. The advanced technologies for manipulation, manufacturing and measurement at nanoscale promise novel revolutionary products and methods in numerous areas of application. Scientists working in research fields related to 3M-NANO topics are invited to submit papers. All accepted full papers (presented at the conference and following IEEE format) will be submitted in IEEE Xplore® database and Ei Compendex. Selected papers will be recommended for publication in the IEEE Trans. on Automation Science & Engineering, Int. J of Nanomanufacturing, IFAC Mechatronics, Int. J of Optomechatronics, J of Micro-Bio Robotics, Journal of Bionic Engineering, Light (Science & Applications), Optics and Precision Engineering and other SCI/Ei journals.

IEEE Nanotechnology Council’s NMDC 2019 conference will bring together key researchers from every sector in the nanotechnology research field, with a special focus on Materials and Devices. Conference papers will be published in IEEE Xplore®. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit their extended article version to: IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology, and IEEE Nanotechnology Magazine. Best paper awards will be given in several categories at the conference banquet, to be held at the “Vasa museum” (17th century ship). Special sessions on focused or “hot” topics may be suggested.

We cordially invite you to submit your papers to the 19th IEEE International Conference on Nanotechnology (IEEE-NANO 2019) to be held at the Parisian Macau hotel in Macau, China, July 22 – 26, 2019.

The conference website (https://2019.ieeenano.org/) is now open for accepting abstract/paper submission. Abstract submission deadline is February 15 March 7, 2019. Please visit the conference website under the tab “AUTHORS” for details regarding abstract and full paper preparation and submission. Authors should submit an abstract (2 pages) for review; however, if you wish to participate in the best paper contests, you MUST submit a full paper (4 to 6 pages) for review.

MARSS 2019 Call for Papers

The 4th International Conference on Manipulation, Automation and Robotics at Small Scales (MARSS) is held from 01-05 July 2019 in Helsinki, Finland http://marss-conference.org. General Chairs: Quan Zhou (FI) and Pasi Kallio (FI), Program Chairs: Just Herder (NL), Ronald Pelrine (US), and Yuen Kuan Yong (AU). The conference is the flagship forum for cross-disciplinary R&D communities related to manipulation and automation (incl. measurement and characterization) at micro/nano scales as well as to all kinds of small scale robots and their applications.

We cordially invite you to attend and contribute to the conference. The conference offers several Keynote talks, about 12-15 plenary talks and parallel technical sessions (oral presentations only). Full or short papers on MARSS-related topics are invited<http://marss-conference.org/submission/paper-submission>. Presented full papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore® digital library. Selected full papers can be published by Journal of Micro-Bio Robotics (Springer Nature). The expected number of participants is about 250.

Nanoscience and nanotechnology have rapidly established themselves as enabling disciplines within many disciplines including materials science, engineering, physics, chemistry, and biology.
Following the success of the 18th IEEE International Conference on Nanotechnology (IEEENANO 2018), IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology (TNANO) is extending a Call For Papers for a Special Section /Issue reflecting the scope of the conference.
Submitted manuscripts will undergo a full peer review process. Submissions are welcome but limited to NANO presentations. Authors who are attendees are requested to significantly expand the previous conference version to contain substantial new technical material, as per TNANO and IEEE restrictions on duplicated publications and the competitive acceptance process. Manuscripts for the TNANO Special Issue/Section must be submitted on-line using the IEEE TNANO manuscript template and “Information for Authors”, via the IEEE Manuscript Central found at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tnano. On submission to TNANO, authors should select the
“Special Issue” manuscript type instead of “Regular Paper.”

Researchers are contributing new ideas from a wide range of disciplines, including materials science, biology, biomedicine, engineering, physics, and chemistry. To make interesting research presented at the 13th IEEE 2018 Nanotechnology Materials and Devices Conference widely available, in expanded form and in one publication, IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology (TNANO) is extending a Call For Papers for a Special Issue reflecting the scope of the conference. Aims and Scope

This conference is a forum for discussions and exchange in the fields of instrumentation, measurements and nanotechnology, with a wide spectrum of cross-disciplines such as environment, optimization, artificial intelligence, power, energy and control. The scope of this event is not limited but expandable to applied interdisciplinary fields also.

Manuscript Submission

Authors are kindly invited to submit a full manuscript (maximum 6 pages, including references) for oral or poster presentation. All accepted, registered and presented papers will be published on IEEE Xplore®. Best and extended version of papers will be considered for possible publications in reputed journals (IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology and IEEE Transactions on Nanobioscience). Double blind review will be done. Plagiarism will be checked during the review process.
