The 21st IEEE Nanotechnology Materials & Devices Conference (IEEE-NMDC 2026) will be held September 30–October 3, 2026, in Xanthi, Greece, and will be offered in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person and virtual participation. This flexible format enhances global accessibility while providing outstanding opportunities for scientific exchange, networking, collaboration, and the presentation of cutting-edge advances in nanotechnology.
As a flagship conference of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC), IEEE-NMDC serves as a premier international forum for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to present and discuss the latest developments in nanomaterials, nanodevices, and related emerging technologies.

June 12ᵗʰ July 20th 2026: Regular Paper Submission
August 14ᵗʰ 2026: Paper Decisions
September 10ᵗʰ 2026: Final Paper Submissions
August 14ᵗʰ 2026: Presentation One-Page Abstracts
August 31ˢᵗ 2026: Abstract Decisions
September 10ᵗʰ 2026: Final Abstract Submissions
August 31ˢᵗ 2026: Early-Bird Registrations
September 20ᵗʰ 2026: Upload Pre-recorded Presentations
NOTE: Only full papers (4 to 6 pages) submitted by June 12ᵗʰ July 20th 2026, will be considered for the inclusion to IEEE Xplore™ with their acceptances.
Papers presented at IEEE-NMDC 2026 will be selected to publish in special sections of peer-reviewed
journals:

IEEE Open Journal of Nanotechnology (IF 3.0)
Accepted full papers for IEEE-NMDC will be sumbitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore™as well as other Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases
